Yucatan Taco Stand was originally created as an upscale, Latin-inspired restaurant. Soon, we found ourselves focusing on our quick service dining experience. Faster pace meant our chefs also had to adjust the menu, leaving behind some of our favorites. "Upscale Yucatan" is the result of a longing for the incredible Latin dishes of a slower paced dining experience that we also love.
